   Products will be shipped in available colors and sizes, based on stock.

7. Out-of-Surat Customers

   • Minimum order value for out-of-Surat customers is ?500.
   • Upon receiving a parcel, you must record a 360° video while opening the package. Claims for missing items will not be accepted without the video.

8. Refund Policy
   If a customer requests a refund for a packed parcel, labor and packing charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

9. Product References
   All videos provided are for reference only. We inspect products before dispatch, but we are not responsible for damages during transit.
